Taylor Davison
Taylor's journey into fitness found its footing after her child was born. Feeling isolated as a new mother, she wanted to find a healthier lifestyle and a community in which she felt seen. She found everything she was searching for within the Pilates and Yoga communities.
Training
In 2018 she began teaching Pilates and in 2021 she completed her RYS, 200 hour yoga certification.
Experience
Taylor loves teaching variations of Pilates style classes and the 26 & 2 style yoga. She hopes her classes will offer you: A safe place to show up to. A chance to be present in your body and calm the mind. A realization that hard work can still be fun. And whatever else you’re personally working on (even if you don’t know what that is yet.)
