Basics Yoga

We will explore the art and science of yoga with a focus on building strength in a highly supportive and attentive environment. This class is appropriate for beginners and ongoing students.

Yoga practice linking breath with movement, designed to sweat and stretch away stress. This class is set to Latin beats and is taught in English and Spanish. This is a demanding yet accessible class suitable for all levels.

HIIT45

Join our challenging HIIT45 class to experience an exhilarating workout that combines bursts of intense activity with short recovery periods. Designed to maximize calorie burn, cardiovascular endurance, and overall fitness, this class is perfect for individuals looking to challenge themselves and achieve rapid results. Our instructors will guide you through a 5 minute warm up, followed by 30 minutes of high-energy exercises that push your limits and boost your metabolism, 5 minutes of core work, and finally a 5 minute cool down stretch. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, HIIT45 offers a scalable and effective workout that will leave you feeling energized and ready to slay!

Hot Pilates Core

Our Hot Pilates Core class is designed to target key muscle groups, enhance your core strength, and help you sculpt and strengthen your entire body from head to toe. You'll engage in a variety of exercises that target the glutes, pelvic floor, abdominal, oblique, and lower back muscles, leading to improved posture, balance, and overall core strength. You will also move through an arm strengthening sequence, targeting shoulders, triceps, and biceps. This class provides a solid foundation for overall fitness and will help you move better and FEEL better.

What to bring: 

mat, mat towel, water. Weights and bands will be provided, but class participants are welcome to bring weights and bands from home.

Hot Pilates HIIT

Our fun and challenging Hot Pilates HIIT class is a dynamic fitness experience designed to bring together core strengthening and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in a hot room. This class is divided to optimize results, dedicating the first half to a comprehensive core workout and the second half to heart-pounding HIIT. By strategically merging these two components, you'll sculpt your core, boost your cardiovascular endurance, and elevate your fitness journey to a new level. Our instructors will guide you through targeted core exercises and heart-pumping HIIT intervals, ensuring you leave each session feeling accomplished, invigorated, and closer to your fitness goals.

Meditation

We offer two different types of meditation classes that provide a serene sanctuary for your mind, body, and soul. Guided Meditation: Combining tranquility and technique, this class will gently guide you through various meditation techniques designed to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and enhance overall wellness. Light breathwork and mudras may be incorporated into these guided meditations. There is a new theme each week with binaural sounds woven throughout the meditation, ending with a sound bath. Sound Bath Meditation: Sound bath meditation is a partially guided meditative journey that offers crystal sound bowls and a variety of instruments to create a deep state of relaxation, align your energy centers, reduce stress, and cultivate inner peace. This class was designed for meditators to meditate independently and to enjoy healing vibrations of sound.

Live Music Meditation is the same class, but with live instrumental music playing in the background.

Night Glow Yoga

Set to low lights and upbeat music, we will flow through yoga postures sweating and stretching while wearing neon colors and neon glow paint. The perfect way to kick off your Saturday evening. Demanding yet accessible class suitable for all levels.

Restorative

Movement through postures slowly and mindfully with the use of props for full support. This deeply relaxing class releases tension and soothes the nervous system providing a reset that leaves you feeling rested and grounded. This is an all levels class. *Yoga Nidra - referred to as "yogic sleep", provides a deeper Savasana rest by soothing the parasympathetic nervous system.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow finds space between poses focusing on breath and mindfulness, holding poses longer (typically 3-5 breaths) while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. This class is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Join us for a full-body strength workout with a focus on anterior, push, and lower-body exercises. Warm Flow

Prepare to immerse yourself in movement, breath, and heat in our Warm Flow class. The class begins with centering, focusing your mind on the practice ahead, followed by a sequence of flow designed to challenge and rejuvenate your body. The controlled heat encourages your muscles to relax, deepens stretches, and promotes detoxification through increased perspiration. This lightly heated practice involves a dynamic interplay of postures, allowing you to explore your edges while maintaining a connection to your breath. We also offer a non-heated version of this class. On the schedule, please note that the heated version has "warm" in the name.
