Katie Innes
Katie is a 200-RYT certified yoga instructor here in Tucson. Her first exposure to yoga was in her late teens, Even as an adolescent she quickly noticed the benefits of the full wheelhouse of yoga. Through the physical practice of asana, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation she was able to find a deeper connection between her body and mind and learn to walk more mindfully on her path. Through years of studio practice, she continued to let the fire of yoga and its many types of healing modalities burn within her heart and sculpt who she is today. She enjoys learning from all her teachers, forever growing her knowledge and love of yoga, and loves to reach new (and seasoned) yogis to help guide them on their own path of light and love through yoga.
