Jenna Fenwick
Jenna began her Yoga journey at 16 due to having hip surgery. This completely morphed her on a personal and physical level; she continues to learn something new in every practice. Simultaneously, her scientific background provides a lens through which to explore the benefits of yoga on both physiological and psychological well-being. Through her teaching and personal practice, she aims to bridge the gap between science and yoga, offering insights that will resonate within communities to improve physical mobility, everyday life stresses, and whatever else yoga guides us to. Self-described as a nerd when it comes to science and yoga, Jenna also prides herself on being a Muay Thai kickboxer, a dog mom, and a traveler. She hopes to cultivate a fun and supportive environment to meet each student on the mat, just as they are.
